Arranging a large order
How far in advance should I call?
For a party platter or a sizeable group order: call the same day, well before your collection time. Friday and Saturday evenings are busy, so the earlier you call, the better we can guarantee your slot.
Do you deliver for parties?
No, you collect it yourself β which is exactly why it reaches the table hot and crisp. Everything is ready at Jacob van Campenplein 196; pick a time as close as possible to when it needs to be served.
How do I keep it warm until the guests arrive?
Pick a collection time as close as possible to when you want it on the table β that is what we cook towards. Fried snacks stay crisp longest if you take them loosely out of the packaging; sealing them up makes them soft.
How can I pay?
Online with iDEAL (Wero), your debit or credit card, Apple Pay, Google Pay, PayPal or Bancontact. No service fee. Prefer to pay on collection? Pay cash at the counter.
Someone in the group has an allergy
Tell us when you order, by phone or in the comments field. We handle it carefully, but in a deep-frying kitchen cross-contamination can never be fully ruled out β we would rather say so honestly up front.
